CALEDON REAL ESTATE

About Caledon

Caledon was established in 1974 when neighbouring towns amalgamated to create one township. It is now one of the three municipalities of Peel Region. Caledon ranges from Brampton to Orangeville with Highway 10, Airport Road and Highway 50 running through the municipality. Caledon is composed of many prominent neighbourhoods spanning over a large area and is in fact the largest city and town by area in the GTA. The main urban centres are Bolton, Caledon East, and Caledon Village. However, Caledon is predominantly rural with a very low population density, an abundance of farmhouses on land and detached homes with acreages.

This town is well sought after. Many families are looking to move out of the hustle and bustle of Toronto to a more relaxed atmosphere. In this community you will find all the necessities you need while maintaining a small town like feel.

Note: Caledon is under the Credit Valley Conservation and Toronto and Region Conservation Authority
