This township has been growing exponentially over the years, with several new builders and subdivisions emerging due to high demands of commuters preferring its housing prices in comparison to the city. Grand Valley is located close to Alliston, Barrie, Brampton, Guelph, Kitchener, Orangeville, Waterloo and the Greater Toronto area via quick access to major highways.
