East Garafraxa Real Estate

About East Garafraxa

The township of East Garafraxa consists of several villages and hamlets, including Marsville, North Erin, Orton, The Grove and many others. East Garafraxa was opened for settlement in 1822 and became part of Dufferin County in 1881. Because of the township’s deep and long-standing history, you will find Victorian homes built in the late 1800s, bungalows built in the late 1960s, many homes with farmland and acreage, as well as brand new estate subdivisions. Most of the land is governed under the Grand River Conservation Authority to protect the land and the waterways.

Note: East Garafraxa is under Grand River Conservation Authority
