Purple Hill Real Estate

About Purple Hill

Purple Hill is unique because it is an urbanized part of Mono that’s sit on the boarder of Orangeville. Once you cross over to the south side of Beuna Vista Drive and the West side of Hurontario Street you enter Orangeville.

This area is highly sought after because you will find large estate homes on wide ½ to 1 acre lots, mature trees, privacy, and the feel of country living yet right beside all of Orangeville’s amenities. These Estate Homes are also in an ideal commuter’s location as it sits at the intersection of hwy 9 and hwy 10 making 400 & 401 easy highways to get to.

Purple hill was built in two sections. Randy Avenue, Lynda Avenue and Hill Road was built between the late 1960s to mid 1970s. These lots have both septic and well water. The remaining streets were built between the mid 1980s to mid 1990s and have septic but are on municipal water.
